Pressure & Soft Wash Difference
Pressure Washing - Pressure washing is the practice of using a high PSI (pounds per square inch) professional grade machine to break down mildew, algae, and every type of organic growth on all the surfaces around your home. Typically you'll want your concrete pressure washed. Examples: patio, pool deck, driveway, sidewalks etc.
Soft Washing - There are a ton of sensitive surfaces that can easily be damaged if applying too much pressure. This is where soft washing comes in. Soft washing is the practice of using a diluted chemical solution to remove stains, mildew, algae, and any organic growth, at a low PSI. This practice is perfect for painted pool decks that you don't want to be chipped, house washes, fences, and just about any surface that is delicate and important to you.

When cleaning a concrete service like this driveway we would use a pressure washing method to remove all stains and restore your concrete to its old self.
Fences can be extremely delicate. We prefer to use a soft wash application to handle any fence cleanings to restore them to new without causing any damage.
When doing a back area like this one, we tend to use a combination of both pressure & soft washing. We will pressure wash the pool deck and soft wash your pool cage & screen to ensure there is no paint loss or damage.
